i workout hard regularly.. 3 times a week and at other times… i can not workout since i need to rest my muscle.. etc etc.
Day 1 Chest…. bench press/flyes..etc.

Day 3 abs… dumbbells situps.. squats
rest
Day 5 arm liftings..
what kind of exercise is best to work on that will waste my energy and not affect much of my muscle recovery?

How Do I Motivate Myself To Exercise?

I really hate exercising, although I used to be very active and play soccer and run. Now I dance twice a week, but really want to be more fit. I have wanted to try yoga, but am not sure if it actually does anything visual for your body. Any tips?
Part of the reason I am so hesitant to exercise is that I feel that it takes so much time out of your day between changing, exercising, and showering. I am very busy with schoolwork and am not sure how to work it into my day. Thank you.
