How Many Hours Of Exercise Per Week Are Necessary For Weight Loss?

I’m looking to lose between ten and fifteen pounds and as a competitive volleyball player I have about 4 hours per week of high intensity exercise, plus miscellaneous daily exercise such as running/walking the dog, etc.. I’ve cut my calories considerably by at least 500-1000 per day, and I’m curious as to how many hours of exercise I should be getting per week to see results. Thank you.
