There was a lot of confusion lately about how often you should eat to lose weight optimally. Some experts say eating a hearty breakfast, others say eat all the small meals, and still other experts say you should "go" and snack throughout the day. So who is?
Well, you must first understand something.
You can lose weight doing all of the above. You can also lose weight on low carbohydrate diets, diets low in fat, diets low anything, etc. What I mean isThis … you can lose weight in a variety of ways.
There is no "one way" to lose weight. In fact, like 2 people can eat all the food and even do the same exercises, but they will get different results. In fact, one can gain weight while the other loses weight.
So if you get nothing else from this article, but this point, so do not forget that you can lose weight a lot of different ways. So relax and not stress whichpopular food that you try or how often you exercise, or whatever.
What I found works best with my clients is this …
Firstly, they eat breakfast with eggs large enough and high in dietary fiber add-on. I have a particular favorite high-fiber add-on food I use almost every day.
Anyway, they eat a breakfast big enough. Then, they eat other high protein and high fiber meals for lunch. They then followed that up with 2 small meals … 1 in the afternoon and 1early evening.
Another key element … many of my clients "graze" on the two grapes, olives, and apples.
As most people are not prepared when they are hungry and snack on junk food, I almost had a crisis and can become very insistent hissing with my clients to prepare for the hungry by having a bag or a tupperware of grapes and black olives or … and 1-2 apples handy.
So put a smile on my face and try the tips above this. Basically 4 meals per day wins for the vast majority ofpeople.
