I am a college student and am looking at careers in the fitness industry. I previously had wanted to major in business but the thought of spending all day in an office working working for some corporation is becoming very depressing to me and I feel it would lead to a low level of satisfaction in my life as I age. I consider myself to be intelligent and dedicated and am want to receive a bachelor’s degree as well as any other necessary education so what I am wondering is what career options are there for me outside of being a basic personal trainer and what type of income can these jobs provide? Any input is appreciated.

I’ve noticed in the past few weeks at the company I work for (a 6-billion dollar company) the officers are exercising their stock options. The company is receiving cash from the transactions. What does it mean to exercise stock options?
