Effects of weight loss side topamax usually disappear over time?

I was just curious because someone told me that they lost a lot of weight at first, but then the effect on the wane. This is normal? Blur, I mean. I’m not on drugs for weight loss at all. I’m on it for the prevention of migraine. I take 150 mg a day.

Over 14 and want to start building muscle?

Well, if the chat is probably about 14 5’6 “- 7″ and weighing about 170. Wouldnt exactly call myselfskinny, but they are not fat either. I play lacrosse and soccer AMD they will be a freshman next year. I have almost no visible muscles on my arm, LOL. And I’m not so weak, but yes. What is the difference between weight loss and fat loss? What is recommended over others?

I was under the impression that the loss of fat leads to weight loss, or vice versa, but it seems to me as different. Can anyone explain the difference? And I want to get advice / tips for weight loss. . . thanks

What Keeps You Motivated To Exercise And Not Over Eat?

I am a bit overweight and am exercising and eating well to lose the extra weight. Some days I struggle to find the motivation to exercise, or stop over eating. I’m also worried I’ll reach my goal weight and stop exercising and will creep back up in weight. I was just wondering what do you use for motivation that keeps you going? Just the thought of being at an ideal weight doesn’t always work for me. Thanks for any advice

When You Burn Calories By Exercise Is The Weight Loss Occur All Over Your Body ?or Just In One Place ?

or does the weight loss occur in the specific area you are exercising? i want to know beacuse i am hula hooping for an hour everyday and burning 660calories per hour ( i use a weighted hoop) so will i lose weight in my waist olny , or will weight loss be distributed all over the body ?
