5) Add the following line:
–quarter cup of green beans.
– 2 rounded tablespoons of canned corn.
– 2 tablespoons of peas canned soft rounded.
– Spread the scrambled egg over the vegetables.
– Add salt, black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to taste.
– Sprinkle with another tablespoon of cheddar cheese.
6) Place the 2nd tortilla on top & gently press with spatula so cheese sticks to it. Check the bottom with a spatula to see if it starts to brown. Lift up top tortilla –if cheese is sticking – its time to turn over. Using your spatula, scoop under & out of the pan pace of your other hand on top, flip over & place in pan.
Minutes cooking for about 4 to 5 – The bottom should look up – a dark / golden brown.

Everyone sometimes needs a little change. Whether a new job, car, or cabinet, there is always something that everybody wants to change themselves. Well, it should not be a surprise to you that when you train, you have to change because if you do then you will not get anything out. Thus, it is always good to make sure that you change your workout every week.
That's why now I have three new exercises that I want to row for fitness, abs, andthe stairs.
The first exercise that I do when I'm at the gym is because rowing is a cardiovascular exercise to get your blood flow in. You first go to the rowing machine as lean and j 'get the bar and then bend your legs and pull the bar towards your chest.
This will really get your blood flowing throughout your body and you should have no problem with breathing. Also this machine is great because if you shoot you'll feel the windthe fan is in the machine and it feels so good.
Another exercise that I do when I go to the gym is abs because there is a lot of great exercises that you can use to work your abs. I like it when you put weight on and then sit on the chair and put your hands on a bar and move your body down toward the ground.
Also the machine when you sit on your hands put them on the bar and then swing your feet and through the development of abs that you have on thesides. Working out your abs will make people be like wow you look like you lost so much weight.
An exercise more than I do when I go to the gym is downstairs Work It Out because your lower body so good. It works almost every muscle you have in your legs as the legs, calves, quadriceps and buttocks.
So those are the new exercises I want to do all week. Remember also that it is always good to change and is not afraid of itbecause if you do you'll never get what you dream.
