What are the safest pills food? Which diet pill is the safest to take such canteens used to try to get pregnant in the future? Ive heard some of you may, at least three miscarriages before he could carry the child of a healthy future.

If a person is supposed to have a healthy diet of 2,000 calories a day, then what is a pregnant woman’s healthy calorie intake supposed to be? Is it any different?

Just curious if anyone knows what exactly walking and getting exercise while pregnant does. I mean obviously it’s healthy to get exercise but what specifically does it do? Such as.. give less risk for going on bed rest later or get baby in position or what? Does anyone know?

The reason i ask is im not all that fit and ive never really been in a exercise program. Im 162cm and 79kg size 14-16 so im over weight. Is it alright for me to start now. Or will it put too much strain on my body?

I’m 4 weeks and 2 days and I have a treadmill and I walk everyday to work(10 minutes away). I use to do 30 minutes vigorous, how fast can I go now on the treadmill? What other exercise I can do?
