I’m starting to weight loss competition in my family, that is the best way to measure progress?

I would like to start a weight loss competition this summer in my family, but I wanted to be fair. For example, it is probably easier for my brother to lose 260 pounds a book about my mother’s 160 livres.Alors that the best way to compare? Should it be simply a percentage of the masses? If the fat is? Should I buy a body fat analyzer? Because I think if someone has lost 10 pounds of fat and got 3 pounds of muscle, which is not better than anyone else who has lost 9 pounds of fat? Just curious what people thought about it, I want to be fair as possible, but accurate measurements for comparison.

Why Do I Constantly Sabotage My Weight Loss Progress?

Everytime I get like 2-3 pounds away from reaching my first weight goal I use it as permission to eat crap as I become comfortable with my weight even though that is nothing close to my ultimate goal weight. Working Out And Eating Right With Slow Progress In Weight Loss?

I’m not sure if it’s because I am also on bc, but I’ve been working out consistently for about 5 weeks and I should at least see a loss of some inches or so. Any suggestions, can it be the pill that’s slowing me down?
