What tests do you have to do? What are the standards for those tests? On a side note, is it required to carry a tazer if your department has them?

I’m in the armed forces and would like to study to become a fitness instructor so i can understand better my own goals in the gym and also help people down the gym who need some help with their workout and goals, because alot of the time RAF PTI’s are not very helpful and offend hard to approch.
There are a lot of different awards, degrees and btec’s etc out there but which ones are worth doing and basicly say “i’m qualified and know what i’m talking about?”

Im in college and want a career in fitness/health (personal trainer) but want something that pays better than your regular 24 hour fitness training job. I just dont know where to start or what courses to take to be in this type of work and still get paid well.
