Fat Loss Question Please Help?
I’m doing cardio vascular exercises everyday!! (30-35 minutes) + I work out 3 times a week, weight lifting. I also am on a low calorie diet.
In how many months will I see the fat layer on my abs melting down?

Well, not really weight loss, but what should I do to get a toned body? I usually do cardio every day (30 mins of running/brisk walking and 30 mins biking) but what exercises can I do to build muscle. Preferably without much gym equipment (but I do have weights).

I Have A Question About Abs And Weight Loss?
Hi I Used to weigh 220 lbs and I started a weight loss campaign and I am currently weighing 150 lbs and my goal weight is 140 but I seem to not be losing my big stomach, it is 36 inches when i measure it, do you think ab exercises will help or continue running like i normally do, if you know something else can you tell me. Will it get flat by the time I reach 140. My height is 5 ft 7 inches.
Question About Muscle, Bulking And Fat Loss?
Alright so i’m 5’9″ and 154 pounds and i have a gut and some moobs. because of a friend i started to the program called “starting strength” which is basically compound weight training 3 times a week.
So my question is: i noticed that i am actually eating a small calorie deficit along with my weight training. (its only been a week) how will this affect me? i read that can still make muscle and lose fat but the articles did not explain it fully for me.
