Quick Diet Loss, and the Whole Truth About Losing Body Fat

The truth when it comes to losing unwanted body fat is that diets do not work.

The FDA has confirmed this without a doubt. In fact in one of their reports they stated that there is not one weight loss company or fat loss product that has been able to produce permanent fat loss.

The flaw with using quick diet loss as a strategy to create irreversible, long term weight loss success is that after you lose the weight and go off the diet, the weight creeps back on.

In this article I will explain why using a diet, in fact, any type of diet is the wrong approach when it comes to reaching your ideal body weight and then maintaining it for life.

And to explain this flaw it will only take me a few sentences.

This is especially true for people that have a slow metabolism, and simultaneously love to eat delicious, high calorie foods. (I am this type of person, so I know this for a fact).

When you attempt to use a quick diet loss approach what happens eventually? Obviously there is one simple answer…hunger. You have to understand one thing to create permanent fat loss, and here it is–if you do not provide your body with what it needs and wants you will never be able to lose weight permanently.

If you are also this type of person, then no matter what you do, at some point you want to start eating like a normal person again. And as soon as you start doing this the weight will come right back.

This is why quick diet loss is the most in-effective strategy that you can use to lose weight permanently.

Why do so many people keep using diets over and over and over? Especially taking into account that the results that they all produce are exactly the same?

I think it is because no one explained to them that you can use a “lazy approach” that I have been using for more than 15 years to maintain my ideal weight. This is the same weight loss strategy that helped me to lose over 110 pounds many years ago, and go from weighing 285 pounds to reaching my ideal body weight of 175 with 10% body fat.
