This is part 2 of the myths of weight loss found. In Part 1 of 5 I found the most common myths that revolve around weight loss and in this article I will discuss 5 more common myths that are out there preventing you from reaching your weight goals. Okay, so lets get started.

You must ask yourself why I put this as a myth when this whole article, I told you to get a healthy diet andexercise program. Ok, this is not a myth. But this is only a partial truth. The problem with most people is that they have not adopted the right approach to follow a healthy diet and exercise program. Many people end up doing the "yo-yo" diet they will follow from some fad diet waiver of collection, then another.
