I need a good brand that will build muscle comprehensive, but low in calories, because I want to bring a little extra fat. Keep in mind that I’m in Canada and some brands are not available.

I have a fitness assessment in three weeks that I want to be ready for and to do so I have been swimming or running multiple kms every day. Due to my sedentary nature {books not exercise} I’m in rather a lot of pain. Anything you can suggest to reduce the pain would be appreciated. I heard those protein supplements can do that but I wasn’t sure.

What Work Out Video/show Or Fitness Equipment Would You Recommend?

We’re getting ready to attend a wedding in April and we’re trying to slim down a bit, especially around the waist/abs. We’ve got two little boys, so going to the gym is out right now. Is there anything you can recommend that isn’t too time consuming and produces results?
