What better to eat fruits during the fitness regime?
Im in the program P90X and do not follow the nutrition guide, as the products that they recommend is expensive. I eat bananas constantly, and sometimes meat for protein. So with that said, what is the best fruit to eat during a fitness regime, if I had to choose one fruit? Answers please flag Pro or patients Kid simple answers.

I practiced Shotokan for 10 years, then stopped. I have gotten very over weight and I want to get back to actively practicing Shotokan. Does anyone have a exercise regime (cardio and strength) with specific exercises that can help me get back into shape and strengthen the key parts of my body so that I can get back to the dojo.
