How long until you start to see weight loss results?
Over the past 5 weeks or so I rode my elliptical machine (which is running on the spot machine) for 30 min. every day and burn 350-550 calories, currently about 550 for 5 weeks, except perhaps for 3-4 days. I have not seen the results of weight loss or on the scale. I eat better, too. I’m going to 130-135, and I’m 5 “2″ or so, and I would weigh about 115 or more.
How should I use to see the results of weight loss?
I ran last week. I ran three miles on two different occasions. We plan to start running 3 miles four times a week. If I’m in line with my race, it is enough to lose weight without changing diet? So how much would it take to see results in tone and weight loss? I lost about 10 pounds, maybe 15 maximum, but I want to do it quickly. I plan to do a small exercise in those days, I do not run, but nothing extreme.
When I see the results of weight training?
I’m going to the gym three times a week for 45 minutes per session, with a personal trainer for these sessions. I want to build arm muscles and chest and my abs will show. How long until I see results?
