I had a colon resection of the open abdominal cavity. I had to remove part of my colon that is not functioning and safety. I am 26 years old and only 10 kg. In my ideal weight. When can I return to my diet to reduce weight without compromising my recovery.

I ordered several bottles of PatenTrim diet pills and would now like to return (as the company claims you can do) 1 used and 1 unused bottles for a refund. However, I am not sure of where I should mail these bottles to in order to get my refund. I have tried both e-mailing and calling the company that handles PatenTrim, but I can’t get a reply.
Has anybody returned Patentrim, and if so, what is the mailing address I should send it to in order to get my refund?

OKay, I am a little chubby i suppose. Not that chubby but i would like to lose some weight, i am a male by the way using a friends account . I sort of have manboobs but not really that bad and i have a bit of a belly but also not overly bad. What i want is a nice toned body. SO i have been jogging for twenty minutes every other day.
Do you think this is enough?
How long to you think it will take for me, a slightly chubby to average guy, to get a nice toned body that i would be proud yo show off whilst ding the exercise that i do at present.
