There is a problem with my schedule and routine for building muscle?
I’m a skinny guy whose trying to gain weight. I weigh 126 pounds and just try 160, but even the thought of the rich to eat more licenses 3k im just gaining weight. Now I wonder if the problem is with my schedule. Every day I wake up at 12 am and go to bed at 4-5 am. Is this schedule akward not affect muscle building? Can this once why they did not gain weight?
