What is the best diet to lose belly fat and build muscle at the same time?
I have a few big belly that I want to get rid of. But I also want to build muscle at the same time. What kind of diet to follow? I thought the low-carbohydrate and high protein content, but I’m afraid, if low-carb to strengthen the injured muscles and high protein content will add more fat in the waist area. Please suggest. Which Is Better ? To Exercise Everyday The Same Way Or To Do A Different Exercise On Alternate Days?
Which is better to do? I have read in books and heard some say that it is better for fitness and your body to not do the same exercise everyday. That you do strength training one day and arobic exercise the next and then back to the strength training on the following day to give your muclses time to stritch and then heal. Or if you don’t do arobic but not to do a whole body work out everyday, to do upper body then next day do lower body and back and forth like that.
But some say walk every day or do a total body workout every day. Which is best. And please don’t say ” whatever works best for you”. I am asking for what you think works best for you. So please tell me which and why ( if you know)
