How do I know that the best diet for me with my busy schedule?
I am a student, I have two jobs (three if you count child care), and going to school full time. I am constantly on the road, so I need a system that is flexible and work for me. How do I know that the best diet and exercise for me? How can I lose the pounds without spending much money?

Can Someone Give Me A Marathon Training Schedule Based On My Current Fitness Level?
I would like to run the Vegas Marathon on Dec 6th. I currently run 5 miles several days a week as well as some shorter runs the other days of the week. I weight train, and am in better shape than most people in general. Is it even possible for me to train in time for this run and can someone give me a training schedule and tips.
What Is A Good Fitness/running Schedule For Someone Like Me?
I am about 10 and a half stone, walk 2 miles to & from work most days, & do regular excercises, use weights (only 5 kg twice a day) & walking an extra 2 or 3 miles a day. I am running twice weekly, about 4 miles each time, and although I do feel healthier for doing it, I often find I get very tired these days and wonder if this schedule is too much or too little?
Do the benefits of running & jogging depend on the individual or are there any golden rules?
