What diet should I folo, when I start drinking Protien shakes?

Ok, I just found out that my BMI is 20. Lol, and I alone will always be some belly fat, and skinny arms and legs, and I want to start drinking cocktails Protien free and all, but I need to know that a diet with a folo, all I know is that I should start my abs toneing bit, but that there are good ideas, please?

How long to take the power to replace the shakes once a day to start to lose and noticed the changes?

If I had to be replaced once a day, for example, breakfast, a small long as it takes for me to lose weight? And also I want to go on a diet, they are really good exercise, exercise every day, but I’m very picky eater fact, I do not like. How to eat, so if I do not like diet products of advertisers tell you to eat?

Would Whey Protien Shakes Help Me Achieve My Weight Loss Goals?

I’m 28 years old, 4’11″ & around 140 lbs. I’d like to lose 20 lbs. I work out 4-5 times a week (a mixture of both cardio & medium intensity strength training) & I try to watch what goes into my body.
I’ve dabbled in whey protein before, but always lost interest pretty quickly so I never really stuck with it. Would consistantly using whey protein (one or two shakes a day) help with my weight loss goals? Also, are most brands pretty much the same?
