I am a 15-year-old daughter is overweight. I hate it when people make fun of me because my weight – it is so embarrassing! I take regular exercise and I DON’T over eat!
Neither do I eat unheathily.
NO-ONE could possibly have stuck more religously and seriously to the different diets I have tried, so no facetious comments please.
The “Fat Loss 4 Idiots” sounds like it may be what I need, but I really can’t afford to chuck any more money after any more crazy ideas that don’t work, so if some-one would kindly share a few eating suggestions from it I would be really grateful.
