Author: I have two holes in my heart (with regurgitation), cough-variant asthma, and edema due to toxicity what can I do to safely exercise and detoxify?
I literally have been sick for 6 weeks after walking across my school campus for a week this January. I know I need to exercise to improve all my conditions, but I don’t know how much is enough/too much or what the best options are for me.

Is It Possible That I Am Sick From Taking Alli Weight Loss Pills?
I have taken three pills so far in the duration of 3 days. However i have gotten really sick, last night i had severe nausea and threw up, and today i can barely move my whole body aches.
