IM planned to get the tattoo done a great length of the spine, and I also lost weight, I would like to know if I made a tattoo today, will be weight loss significantly TATT? Mercixx

If anyone has experienced weight loss success with the diet pill drug Acomplia can you explain how best to use it to produce results? Since it is not a stimulant like phentermine, how did this drug actually made you feel to diminish your appetite?

I am talking about having more muscle mass- not the act of burning calories while doing weight training exercises.
I have read conflicting studies on the subject so any links or expert opinions would be helpful.

i run 30min at 4m/h at 6.0 incline 5 days out of 7 a week
i only eat around 1600 calories a day (used to be probably about 2200)
im 16 5’8″ and weight probably like 160-170
How much do you think i will lose in the next two weeks???
When do you think i will notice a difference in my size????
any stories you want to share about weight loss would be greatly appreciated!
