How long until you start to see weight loss results?
Over the past 5 weeks or so I rode my elliptical machine (which is running on the spot machine) for 30 min. every day and burn 350-550 calories, currently about 550 for 5 weeks, except perhaps for 3-4 days. I have not seen the results of weight loss or on the scale. I eat better, too. I’m going to 130-135, and I’m 5 “2″ or so, and I would weigh about 115 or more.
Want to start a weight loss program that you have tried that really works?
I will be starting either Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig or NutriSystem, I would like to know your experiences. Thank you for your comments! I will use the food, I understand that I must fill. I also join the YMCA so the work will be a big part of my strategy for weight reduction.

What do I need to start a weight loss center?
