When I started to see results in weight loss?

Last week, I eat about 1250 calories a day (I have links to the Weight Watchers points – to stay in my allotted 24 points). I have a BMI of 29, looking at the fall of 24 (loss of about 35 pounds sterling). I was also learning Jillian Michaels 30 minutes every two days. . When can I expect to lose weight, or is there something I should do?
