I want to lose weight, but lately I have been very low, since I’m on my diet. Does anyone know where I can get products that are low in calories, but give me a lot of energy?

Is it still possible to start bodybuilding in the mid-forties?

This May Be A Stupid Question, But Should I Exercise When My Muscles Are Still Sore From Exercising Yesterday?

I think I’ve heard that you should exercise hard every day no matter what, but I find that I can do less exercise each day before basically collapsing in pain, and my muscles never heal. What should I do?
