hi! i’ve been trying to lose weight for about 3 to 4 months now. i am 21 year old female 4foot 10 weigh 125. i’ve lost about 10 pounds and i want to lose about 10 more because im still popping over my jeans i used to fit in. i’ve been eating healthly and i’ve been doing cardio 2-3x a week for about an hour. and i walk and do pilates. im getting very frustrated. I ‘ve put on fat and now I weigh 67 kg .Before I was 60-62.I want to get rid of all this extra fat without losing my muscles.Diet should be high in protein and carbohydrates .I will be doing my weight training 4 days in a week + 45 mins cardio workout for 5-6 days in a week .How many gr. of carbohydrates will I need to consume on the days I go to the gym and the ones I don’t ?

Yes they can be. Just make sure that you are eating enough to keep you active and give you energy. And also be aware that when you take yourself off of the pills you will end up gaining weight faster so keep yourself eating healthy and make good habits that will stick with you even when you are done with the pills.

Why Should Apple Cider Vinegar Be Taken Before A Meal For Weight Loss?
I’m considering using apple cider vinegar for weight loss. I know that there is a lot of speculation about it, but it is cheap so i am willing to try it.
Is there a reason I should take it before a meal?
Also, I’m very fat. Can taking more than 5tsp/day as opposed to 3tsp/day provide additional benefits?
