i want to join the navy when i graduate this year but i have to loose 20 pounds. i’m trying to loose it but can i go to boot camp and then loose the weight there or do i have to loose it before i go? and do they make u take ur fitness test before boot camp, during boot camp, or after boot camp.

Haven’t passed the exam yet just curious. I’m 5’8 230lbs. What’s it like?

What would an 18 year old male marine have to perform for each event in order to get the maximum possible score?

I see them all the time, they are the ones that test the workout product first, then go on the commercial and talk about how much weight they lost, how do you get into something like that?

I just joined the 24hr fitness gym and got a call for a free fitness assessment. Anybody ever done this before and can tell me what it consists of. I have been told all new members do this. But I already know I am not fit so I don’t understand why I should do it .

I really need atleast 8 for my report due tomorrow. I can’t put in things like sit and reach, sit-ups, etc. I need those tests that are not much being done in schools.
