Is There An Exercise That Burns Fat Only Without Building Fat?
I exercise, running or swimming, for about an hour a day. I have a lot of fat (especially on my arms and thighs), but at the same time a lot of muscle (on the exact same places as my fat). I don’t want to become even more bulky than I already am, but I don’t know of any exercises that ONLY burn fat.

Rapid weight loss affects your hormones drastically and therefore, yes, can delay your period. It can have any number of effects. When I started losing weight I went three months without it then had it for nearly three weeks… Shudder.
