There are plenty of options! Sometimes that is the hardest thing about being human – we have way too many options. We all know how many professions there are today – literally millions. There are so many ways to do anything and everything, but here is a Golden Rule to help burn fat and keep it at bay.
I love Golden Rules. They are those invaluable ones that will serve us well forever. Like the famous “Treat others as you would like to be treated”. That really is a powerful rule, we all should try to stick to it more often. Maybe then the news could be cut down to 10 minutes – just chatting about the good things that happened in the world!
Here is my Golden Rule that has served me well:
In your diary, at the end of every day, Write A Summary Of Your Days Efforts
This may seem weird, it has nothing to do with the latest greatest exercise of fat burning system. But trust me. This will hold you accountable and will be very hard to do. Especially if you know you have had a binge that day.
Ever since the days of Adam and Eve, we have all known the difference between good and evil, and with food that is no exception. While not everybody has a first class honors degree in consumer foods, we all basically know what is good for us and what isn’t. Things such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, fish, eggs, lean meats, dairy are all excellent foods and will serve you well.
So write down that sentence at the end of the day.
This is what mine may look like:
Today was a great day nutritionally, had 6 small healthy meals and felt great all day.

See what I mean? Writing it down holds you accountable for anything. Plus this is also how I figured out about a food allergy I have! What a serendipitous fruit of my efforts!
Great day on the food front, had 5 meals and lots of protein after workout, had 2 slices of cake though.
