Author: Ok so i bought Maximuscle’s thermobol which is a a fat loss thingy.
anywayzz it says to take it on an empty stomach…WTF!! what about breakfast before college??
can i take it b4 breakfast or after breakfast by the way i eat Oats for breakfast if that helps lmao.
