It appears as if intelligence books (read all the previous regimes, to talk with personal trainers, classes on nutrition, etc.) against Street Smarts (learning from experience, knowing that the advice you can not book learning, knowing what works and what sounds good on paper only) Do you think that people can shape can advise fitness? and why? examples of reflection: Dr. overweight? or dietitian? your neighbor is a fool who tried every diet known to man?

I was an omnivore most of my life, but I think that a vegetarian diet, having learned that it is good for your health. I already did, but I’m already in my absence, salt or dairy products. Another experienced this? What do you think about the approach vegan eat?
