I cut out all sugar, fat and dairy products from my diet. I was just drinking water.

Well, that good diet (for example, which foods) for a person that usually use mircowave cause many of them do not know how to cook. Attempts to lose weight.

I saw the infomercial for a few days ago in connection with the death of a fatty meal Lovers and it seemed very interesting, and I try to see if anyone tried it and if they think it is worth the money. I’m tired of things that either do not work or function, but it is difficult to follow.

I know when you’re on the Atkins diet you eat a lot of cheese.
I don’t eat much, but I like to put a melted slice on top of egg whites. Is this bad? I eat 3 egg whites with slice of cheese every day.

Hey! I am 15 and weigh close to or at 190 pounds, and its too much! I am 5’7…I should weight 145-155 and I am looking/hopeing to lose 35 pounds or more if possible…-Not gonna push for more then 35 though- Anyways, I wanted to know if there are any webs sites were I can put in my weight and it, like, keeps track of my weight loss? Is there such a thing and where can I find it?
