I need to know how to lose weight without building muscle under fat. I know that the heart good. . . but they are good cardio exercises? of 13 and I do not want anyone to know that I’m trying to lose weight, because its embarrassing to me. . . it would be fair. When I bought my pants I didn’t notice it but during exercise I noticed it. I don’t consider my pants too tight and I do wear underwear (usually boycut undies). Also Its hard to excercise using loose jogging pants so I prefer the dryfit type.
