Can a healthy diet of grain, vegetables and fruits, meat products, not so?
For example, I did Vegetarian Meatballs last night, tonight we stuffed tofu is low. Seems a little strange to have these things for me, but I see the need for protein in my diet. Can I do it naturally? I do not eat nuts every day, walnuts, pecans and almonds. Yesterday, vegetarian ravioli consisted of nuts and cheese. It just seems strange to me is the “model” of something. I’m not in foods.
