Has anyone had some great fitness videos at home that have worked well? I saw some that came in a set of 5 i think that i heard worked well but i really can’t remember who/what it was. i am looking for specific practices and instructors that you may know work. I have an awesome yoga video by sean (cole?) and tae bo by billy blaine, so i am ok with yoga and tae bo. any other ideas?

I’ve seen that dance exercise video infomercial on TV where they teach Latin American dancing in a workout. Do you know if there’s any with different styles besides that? I guess I’m looking for one that teaches more of an American style. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your answers.

For anyone who has ondemand and did the free fitness videos, what happened to them?? I used to do them everyday, but about 2 months ago they disappeared.The category still says sports and fitness so will they be back?? Thanks!
