I love food, and probably never will be subject food. I do not want to look like a body builder, but would like to keep my weight on, because I recently lost 30 kg. Is there a good diet with good food, which helps to lose weight, or simply to lose weight? Or guide to nutrition, because I have never been the type of 3 times a day per person.

Well, if the chat is probably about 14 5’6 “- 7″ and weighing about 170. Wouldnt exactly call myselfskinny, but they are not fat either. I play lacrosse and soccer AMD they will be a freshman next year. I have almost no visible muscles on my arm, LOL. And I’m not so weak, but yes.
