I have been wearing my normal trainers which I bought when I started running, but during the boxercise class, my feet feel crampy. I’ve tried loosening and tightening the laces but it doesn’t seem to help.

I need to dress like Jane Fonda sorta. that kind of exercise eighties stuff. tips? websites?

I mean i think it was like
Spandex then a leotard over top with brightly coloured leg warmers and sweat bands
is that it?
Because that’s what I’m thinking of being for hallowe’en

I have an interview tomorrow with 24 Hour Fitness and I’m just curious what I should wear. I’ve applied for the position of Sales Counselor so it’s not like I’m going to be running in the gym with people or whatever… any advice?

1) Is treadmilling considered a cardio exercise, good for weight-loss from head to toe? Or does is just build leg muscle
2) Do you have to wear running shoes on a treadmill? Or are running with bare feet/shoes better for your posture?

I’m just curious, what is the dress code for employees (not the trainers) who work at 24 hour fitness. I know they have a polo shirt that they have to wear, but what about their pants? Is it usually black slacks or black workout pants (such as yoga pants and track pants).

I have a job interview at equinox fitness to work at the front desk. I was wondering what they wear at work so I can kind of dress similar.
