What is the average weight loss per week?
I was wondering if anyone knows what the average weight loss per week. I started a healthy diet last week about 1200 calories *, because I’m still not at work * and lost 4 kg. Now, I started eating about 1600 calories, because I’m alternating with aerobics and pilates, and I have already lost 2 pounds more. I want to lose weight, that I stay away * just had a baby, and had a few extra pounds after the wedding! * What doctors recommend to lose, and if I lost too much, I can add more calories, or weight loss willthe disappear in a few weeks?

I just started a strict diet of high protein muscle building this week, but I was wondering if I still eat the same amount for the three days that I go to the gym? It seems as if I should eat less these days of rest, or simply remove the protein shake?? All suggestions appreciated! Thank you
