How Can I Maximize Fitness In 2 Weeks For A 2 Mile Run?
In 2 weeks, I have to run 2 miles in a competition. I used to be pretty fit, last year I finished in 9:47. The problem is, I had shin splints for the past 6 months and I have done no running – only occasional cycling. My body fat is still pretty low (between 8 & 10%), and I was wondering how to train for this upcoming event in order to get the fastest time possible. Any Ideas?
