Fitness and Exercise – Why is it so important for total wellness

physical fitness through exercise is an essential part of life for all. Medical and health experts have concluded that most people have a very low level of fitness that unless they perform their daily movements themselves conditioned to do, like getting out of bed, walk to work, performing physical activity at work and at home, losing the little they have fitness already.

Like any living person, allliving part of our body will perish if we do not use it. As the saying goes … use it or lose it … the human body must be used or it will eventually wither away. It's like when you put in a hospital bed with a broken leg and can not use it for a number of weeks. What happens when the actors are off? You have to spend a considerable amount of time to return the industry to use normal because he suffered a muscle atrophy.

Think about what to do before starting to pay attention to the body is so busy doing things that deprive you of the total physical freedom.

Have you ever thought you could do some basic routines simple strength training while thethings that you occupy? Well you can, and it is easy.

Years ago I remember a personal trainer of mine who introduced me to short intense training techniques that transformed my body from a slob to a heartbeat, although my wife is.

At first, it can burn a little, but that is perfectly OK and means you're a working muscle that did not work in aeverything.

As you are getting better, you can push the hold for a minute or more and repeat 5-10 times. I know from my experience that it works and get rid of this pain Chronic back pain.

My fitness is a vital activity that must be packed in the normal course of life, like sitting in front of a TV, and like sitting in the bar with friends is.

You see, not only fitness and exercise help you feel better about yourself,if you want to prolong your life, you can do things you never thought possible, give you more energy during the day, motivate you to do more in the tight schedule you have, but also give you more time.

Think for a minute, if you feel more energy to do more, then you'll have to work more effectively with your time and free time to do the things you've always complained about not having time to do.
