I currently belong to Planet Fitness in Cassleberry and am looking to cancel my membership and go to another gym. Does anyone in this area have an idea what the monthly rate at LA Fitness runs. Currently my husband and I pay $20 total to go to Planet Fitness.

I am trying to lose weight and as you know winter is coming and I need some ideas to help boost my weight loss and not put it on.

Is it possible to lose 2 stone through exercise over the period of 1-2 months? If so how? How many hours exercise/sport per week?

I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for a fitness workout this winter or knows a website I can go to find one. I have weight machines, all I have is an exercise bike and weights.

I have a very hyper lab mix that stays inside. The only way that I know how to calm him down some is to exercise him, but Im expecting a baby in 3 weeks and its starting to get really cold outside. Im afraid that if he doesnt get his exercise he might accidently hurt the baby. Please help me.

I was wondering if there are any exercises to do to keep my leg endurance up because I live out in a country-ish area so there are no streets to run on. There is only a dirt/gravel road and we get a lot of snow. Does anyone know what my best option would be to improve/maintain my fitness?
