Which diet would you recommend for those who have a slow metabolism?
I really need to lose weight, but it is much harder than before is because I have three children. I tried diet pills, like vacation, but gained weight, even more. My main target area of my stomach! I try to exercise, if possible, but I get bored easily run after 3 children, cleaning and working. . takes all my energy! Any tips on what you think proper nutrition would be great!
