hi. are there any weight loss programs like weight watchers for a 13 year old? thanks.

so I’m 14 years old, 5’0″, and weigh about 125 lbs. so im only slightly overweight. give me easy ways to lose weight, especially weight loss techniques to help me shape up my butt and give me smaller thighs, which is more important to me than any other body feature. please help, i’d appreciate that. (:

Well, not really weight loss, but what should I do to get a toned body? I usually do cardio every day (30 mins of running/brisk walking and 30 mins biking) but what exercises can I do to build muscle. Preferably without much gym equipment (but I do have weights).

Also, do you have any other tips on losing weight? Like what to really avoid and lunch/snack ideas?

I am in quite bad shape now, if that would affect the answer.
And what would the difference be for, say, a forty year old man who is, at the time, in quite good shape?

When we bought him the breeder had struggled to get him weaned away from his mother. The only thing he would eat was freshly cooked chicken. Now he won’t eat anything else! He does drink cat milk, so is getting calcium, but his diet (apart from being expensive) is not good for him long-term. Obviously, starving him is out of the question because cats will starve themselves to death. Any suggestions?
