I just started doing Yoga consistently 3 times a week for a couple weeks now and I LOVE IT!!!! I have lost about 18 lbs through exercise and eating healthy, but I’m wondering if I can cut back on the strenuous and high impact cardio, and simply maintain the weight loss by doing yoga (my passion).
